Performance @ TEG

How an employee goes about completing their role is just as important as what they achieve.

We place equal weighting on performance against KPIs and our employees’ approach.

Each year as a team we align on the strategy and our approach, and we ask that you identify your role in achieving this. We discuss 3 – 4 things that you can do to support us (KPIs) and the approach or behaviours we would like to see. We discuss your performance throughout the year and at the end of the year we reflect on how you performed.

Resources available for FY22

There are two versions for the KPI/Performance Priority setting documents for FY22, one for Team Members the other for People Leaders (Managers). If you have any questions or would like to discuss this please contact hr@teg.com.au
