Ticket Benefit Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all eligible Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG) team members and covers every type of ticket access available.

2. Purpose

At TEG, we believe life is better live. Tickets aren’t just a perk, they’re a way for us to celebrate human connection, recognise and reward great work, and give our people the chance to enjoy the events we proudly bring to life for millions of fans.

This policy sets out a clear and consistent framework for how tickets are distributed and used. We want everyone to enjoy the benefit, while also protecting the integrity of the program with clear rules and boundaries.

3. Policy Statement

Tickets are a benefit offered in good faith, aligned with our values: we celebrate human connection, we partner with purpose for fans, and we empower boldness with clear boundaries.

Ticket allocations are subject to availability and promoter discretion.

Misuse or abuse of tickets undermines fairness and may result in disciplinary action, including loss of ticket benefits and termination of employment. This includes selling, attempting to sell, or otherwise profiting from tickets obtained through this program.

4. Responsibilities

Team Members must:

  • Accept or decline tickets within the timeframe provided.
  • Personally attend the event with their nominated guest(s).

  • All presale ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, so please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.
  • Presale access is provided for personal use only. Sharing presale links or codes externally, purchasing tickets on behalf of others outside of TEG, or purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.
