The Allstar Awards recognise not just performance, but the everyday actions and attitudes that bring our values to life.
At Ticketek Entertainment Group, we are all stars, and these awards are our way of shining a light on the individuals and teams who embody the culture we’re building together.
Each award aligns with one of our three values and celebrates those who consistently role model the behaviours that bring them to life.
- The Partner Award (We partner with purpose for fans)
This award celebrates the individuals and teams who truly embody collaboration and trust. They are the ones who consistently leave egos at the door, play as a team and assume positive intent, building unstoppable relationships across the business and with our external partners to make the fan the star.
- The Empower Award (We empower boldness in clear boundaries)
This award goes to people who demonstrate the courage to drive progress and innovate in a thoughtful way. They are the ones who take measured risks, value progress over perfection, and resourcefully find a way, pushing us forward while respecting our boundaries.
- The Celebrate Award (We celebrate human connection)
This award honours those who bring passion, positivity, and authenticity to their work and their teams. They are the culture drivers who look out for each other, take time to celebrate, and keep learning and growing, making the most of the passion for live entertainment that makes this a unique place to work.
What You Need To Know
- Nomination Process: All nominations must include specific examples to support the nomination and align with the selected Award category. You can nominate someone via our online forms by scanning the QR Codes shown below and on posters around each office, or by clicking here.
- Announcements: Each Award type is announced via email quarterly. All results will also be posted on the intranet home page under “Reward & Recognition Announcements”.
- Prizes: All Ticketek Entertainment Group team members, regardless of location, are eligible for a variety of prizes. If a specific prize is unavailable in a country, an equivalent prize will be provided.
