Company Superannuation Fund & Company Paid Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD) Cover
TEG has chosen AMP for the Company’s default superannuation fund. AMP’s SignatureSuper Select Plan includes access to insurance, family membership, mortgage savings, financial planning assistance and more.
Under this plan, TEG also pay for our employee’s premiums for death and TPD insurance. If you choose to sign up with AMP, the Company will pay your TPD subject to the terms and conditions of the plan at the time you sign up.
Total and Permanent Disablement cover (or TPD), pays you a lump sum if you become disabled or are too sick to ever work again. It can help you pay for rehabilitation, any debts you have and future cost of living.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
TEG has engaged Converge International to deliver the Company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a complimentary professional counselling service that offers confidential, short-term support for a variety of work-related and personal problems that may be affecting you at work or at home. The EAP gives you access to qualified professionals to help on a range of different concerns related to managing personal issues, strategies to deal with conflict and difficult situations, nutrition and lifestyle advice, financial counselling, family assistance, and career development and planning.
All employees can access the EAP program and counselling can be provided in person or by phone/chat.

Health
Complimentary Flu Vaccination Program
TEG provide free flu vaccinations to employees as part of our health and wellbeing program. For larger offices (over 25 people), flu vaccinations are provided in the office by a trained nurse. In smaller offices, staff are encouraged to get a flu vaccination from their local GP or Pharmacist using vouchers provided by the People and Culture team. Emails are sent out each year before flu season providing guidance on dates and times.
