GEM Awards

We regularly recognise team members who go above and beyond when delivering work with our Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Awards. With nominations sought from all levels of the business, the GEM Awards are a great way to express your gratitude, and recognise the performance of extraordinary individuals. Nominations are open all year round. We will send a reminder before the next CEO Update is announced – look out for an email reminder.

All nominations are reviewed by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and a vote is used to determine the winner from the nominees or to select an additional nominee who may not have been formally nominated but is deserving of recognition. In circumstances where votes are deadlocked, the CEO will make the final decision.
