Providing Company Sick Pay offers a safety net for employees who are off sick so they can recover.

Our duty of care every day is to keep everyone safe and provide safe workplaces – this duty of care guides every decision we make.

We will continue to evolve our policies over time and we remain committed to creating work environments that support our people doing their best work.

Company Sick Pay

Sick leave should be used when team members has an illness or injury that prevents them from working. As well as any statutory obligation to pay statutory sick pay (SSP), we operate a Company sick pay scheme.

Our People will receive 10 days Company sick pay per year from the first day of employment.

Company Sick Pay accrues annually and will roll over year by year, increasing the number of days available to team members for each completed year of service.

Company sick pay includes any entitlement you may have to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP).  If Company sick pay ceases, you may still be entitled to SSP (for up to 28 weeks sickness in total).

Company Sick Pay cannot be cashed out. Company Sick Pay is not payable on termination of employment.
