Company Paid Parental Leave Policy
Scope
This policy applies to all eligible permanent team members based in Australia and New Zealand. It does not apply to casuals, contractors, third-party vendors, or team members based outside these regions.
Purpose
At TEG, we believe in celebrating human connection not just in the work we do, but in the lives of our people. Welcoming a new child is a significant life event and this policy is designed to ensure that our people feel supported and valued during this time.
Company Paid Parental Leave is one way we acknowledge the importance of family, connection and being present for the moments that matter.
Policy Statement
TEG provides Company Paid Parental Leave to eligible team members to support them during the transition into parenthood whether through birth or adoption. This reflects our commitment to creating a workplace that respects and supports family.
