Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
TEG has engaged Converge International to deliver the Company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a complimentary professional counselling service that offers confidential, short-term support for a variety of work-related and personal problems that may be affecting you at work or at home. The EAP gives you access to qualified professionals to help on a range of different concerns related to managing personal issues, strategies to deal with conflict and difficult situations, nutrition and lifestyle advice, financial counselling, family assistance, and career development and planning.
All employees can access the EAP program and counselling can be provided in person or by phone/chat.

Free eye tests are available for staff. If you require glasses solely for computer use, you are entitled to £49.00 off glasses or a free pair from the £49.00 glasses range. Complimentary Flu Vaccination Program
TEG provide free flu vaccinations to employees as part of our health and wellbeing programme. Emails are sent out each year before flu season requesting who would like to receive a flu vaccination voucher.
