Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

TEG has engaged Converge International to deliver the Company’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This is a complimentary professional counselling service that offers confidential, short-term support for a variety of work-related and personal problems that may be affecting you at work or at home. The EAP gives you access to qualified professionals to help on a range of different concerns related to managing personal issues, strategies to deal with conflict and difficult situations, nutrition and lifestyle advice, financial counselling, family assistance, and career development and planning.

All employees can access the EAP program and counselling can be provided in person or by phone/chat.

Health

 

Complimentary Flu Vaccinations Program

TEG provide free flu vaccinations to employees as part of our health and wellbeing program. Staff are encouraged to get a flu vaccination from their local GP or Pharmacist using vouchers provided by the People and Culture team. Emails are sent out each year before flu season providing guidance on dates and times.

 

Gender Affirming Support

 

TEG is committed to supporting employees undergoing gender affirming surgery with paid and unpaid time.
